Nigeria Flow Station

Nigeria Flow Station
City: Waller, manufacturing site
State: Texas

J.W. Williams, Inc. (JWW) was contacted by a client who had taken over an old field in Nigeria, Africa, and wished to start production. However, there were no facilities at the remote location to produce the wells and process the oil and gas.

Working on the conceptual design provided by the client's engineering company JWW fast tracked the project utilizing JWW's existing designs and fit-for-purpose concepts to provide a complete detailed design of a Flow Station capable of handling 10,000 barrels of oil per day and 20 MMSCFD of gas.

The scope of supply provided by J.W. Williams, Inc. included the following:

Oil Export Pump Skids
Diesel Powered Generator Packages
LACT Unit
Scrubbers
Knockout Drums
Test Separator
HP and LP Separators
Line Heater
Well Manifold Header
Motor Control Center Building

Besides providing skid-mounted equipment packaging to ease on-site construction, JWW also designed and provided the inter-connect piping between all the equipment. JWW supervised the on-site construction and commissioning of the facility.

Time of order to delivery for export from the Port of Houston was six (6) months.
